Location Information
The Riverview Nature Trail connects Loeb State Park with the Redwood Nature Trail #1111. While the Redwood trail travels northwest through a pristine redwood grove, the Riverview Trail follows the Chetco River southeast through a mixed myrtlewood forest. A brochure that describes some of the plants and trees seen along the trail is available at Siskiyou National Forest Offices and at the trailhead. Caution: The trail may present safety concerns such as poison oak, low hanging branches, narrow bridges and trail debris.
