Directions
From Sandy, Drive past Trillium Lake Campground, off Hwy. 26 and east of Government Camp, to Rd. 2656 and follow it to Rd. 2656-309. The trailhead is on the right, about 3 1/2 miles past the road junction.
Location Information
Upper Salmon River, Dry Lake and Fir Tree Trails Loop has good views of Salmon River Valley. To complete the loop, take the Salmon River Trail to Dry Lake Trail. Turn right onto Dry Lake Trail then left to Fir Tree Trail and left again onto Salmon River Trail, which will take you back to your car.
