Directions
From Sandy, Take Hwy. 26 east to Rd. 43 (2 miles east of Timothy Lake. Rd. 42). Turn left (north) on paved Rd. 43 for 3.5 miles to junction with Rd. 2610. Turn left (north) on gravel Rd. 2610 and after 3/4 mile continue straight ahead on 2610-250 for 2 miles to the trailhead.
Location Information
Catalpa Lake Trail provides easy access to a small, secluded and
peaceful lake surrounded by firs and hemlocks and a rocky, rugged butte on one side. Off-road parking is available.
