From Baker City, Follow County Road 7 (Elkhorn Drive Scenic Byway) southwest 20 miles to Phillips Lake and Union Creek Campground.
Location Information
Union Creek Campground is located on Phillips Lake, southwest of Baker City, at an elevation of 4,120 feet. The area offers opportunities for fishing, hiking, boating, swimming, and water skiing. The campground receives a high amount of use. The campground has 58 tent/trailer sites, 12 tent sites and 80 picnic sites. The campground offers water, toilets, electric hookup, and sewage dump.
