From Roseburg, Travel 16 miles east on Highway 138 to Little River Road #17. Follow Road 17 for 15.5 miles to the Campground, located on the right side of the road.
Location Information
Coolwater is located in a pretty forest setting along Little River with access to fishing and swimming. Some scenic hiking trails in the area include Overhang Trail #1509 (within 1/2 mile), Grotto Falls Trail #1503 (within 5 miles), Wolf Creek Nature Trail #1508 (within 4 miles), and Wolf Creek Falls Trail (BLM - within 5 miles). Facilities include vault toilets, well water with hand pump (iodinated),a tent area, fireplaces and garbage containers.
