From Sandy, Travel southeast on Highway 26, across the forest boundary and past Government Camp, to Primary Forest Route 42. Follow 42 south, across the Warm Springs Indian Reservation and back into the national forest, to Primary Forest Route 57. Follow 57 west for approximately two miles to the campground.
Location Information
Located on Timothy Lake just west of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Gone Creek Campground offers 50 camp sites at 3,200 feet elevation. The campground is accessible Primary Forest Route 57, and activities include fishing and boating in Timothy Lake, hiking and walking. Drinking water is available.
