From Sandy, Travel southeast on Highway 26 about one mile past the town on Wemme to Primary Forest Route 18. Follow 18 northeast across the forest boundary and to Forest Road 1825. Follow 1825 east, past McNeil Campground, to Riley Horse Camp.

Located northeast of Zigzag, Riley Horse Camp offers 14 camp sites at 2,100 feet elevation. The campground is accessible from Forest Road 1825, and activities include horseback riding, fishing, hiking and walking. Drinking water is available.
