From Sandy, Travel east on Highway 26 to Primary Forest Route 42. Follow 42 south, across a section of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, to Road 4220. Follow 4220 south to 4220-180. Take 4220-180 to the campground.

Located on Olallie Lake in the Olallie Lake Scenic Area, Peninsula Campground offers 35 camp sites at 4,900 feet elevation. The campground is accessible from Forest Road 4220-180, and activities include boating, fishing, hiking and walking.
