From Pine Grove, Travel west on Highway 216 across the forest boundary and through a short section of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation to the campground.

Located on Indian Creek at the border with the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Bear Springs Campground offers 21 camp sites at 3,200 feet elevation. The campground is easily accessible from Highway 216, and there is fishing in Indian Creek. Drinking water is available.
