From Generals Highway, Turn eastward on to Moro Rock-Crescent Meadow Road and travel 2 miles to the Moro Rock parking area.
Location Information
Moro Rock is located along the Moro Rock/Crescent Meadow Road, two miles from the Generals Highway. This site is a well-known 6,725-foot granite dome. A quarter mile staircase climbs 300 feet to the summit of Moro Rock, where spectacular vistas of the Great Western Divide mountain range awe visitors.
