From Antone Springs Campground, Take Divide Road west and turn right on Pool Creek local No. 402.8F. The trail begins .2 miles down the road.
Location Information
Pool Creek trail provides access into the upper Roubideau Creek area. Summer trail use is light, but increases with fall hunting season.The condition of the trail is good. From the Pool Creek Trail head the trail is located on a side hill. The only camp locations are at the lower end near Roubideau Trail junction. Estimated riding time is two and a half to three hours each direction. A number of springs cross the trail providing good water for horses. Plenty of horse feed may be found on lower portion. The junction with the Roubideau Trail is signed.
