From Enumclaw, Drive 20.3 miles east on State Hwy. 410 to Greenwater Road #70. Turn left onto FR #70 and continue for 8.6 miles to the trail sign. Turn right onto FR #7033. The trailhead is on the right after 0.5 mile. Travel on the Greenwater Trail #1176 for 3.2 miles to the junction with the Lost Lake Trail.
Location Information
The Lost Lake Trail is a moderate 5.1 mile hike or horseback ride. The trail begins at 3,000 feet at the junction with Greenwater Trail #1176 and ends at 5,700 feet at the junction with Noble Knob Trail #1184.The entire trail is within the Norse Peak Wilderness. From the junction with the Greenwater Trail, the trail climbs through old growth forest. At mile 2.6 is Lost Lake, which has good campsites and some horse feed. The trail continues to climb from Lost Lake through subalpine trees, offering views of the valley. At mile 5.1 is the junction with Noble Knob Trail.
