Location Information
This is an interpretive trail with numbered signs along the path. Brochures may be obtained from the Saco Ranger District office in Conway or at the trailhead. Beginning just west of the Covered Bridge Campground the trail divides. If you bear left, your first landmark is a large boulder where the trail turns right and ascends to a nice overlook to Chocorua. The trail makes a hairpin left and climbs a short distance to reach a spur trail which offers spectacular views of Mt. Passaconaway, Mt. Chocorua, Blue Mountain and more. The main trail begins to drop back down nearing Big Brook and returns to Dugway Road.
