From White Ledge Campground, NH, Nickerson Ledge Trail is a link trail between Carter Ledge Trail which originates from the picnic grove at White Ledge Campground and Piper Trail which originates behind Davies Campground along SR 16.
Location Information
Nickerson Ledge Trail connects the Piper Trail with the Carter Ledge Trail and Middle Sister Trail. The trail gains an elevation of 400 feet along the approximate 1,700 foot high path traveling south to north. It twists its way up to a ledge .2 mile from Piper offering limited views of the Chocorua area. It continues to ascend to Carter Ledge which offers access to Middle Sister and White Ledge Campground.
