From Monument, From Monument travel on Mt. Herman Road 5 miles to the trailhead on the right side of the road.
Location Information
The Mount Herman Trail leads to the summit of Mt. Herman west of the town of Monument. The trail leads up the southern slope of Mt. Herman to the 9063' summit. The summit provides a good view of the plains to the east and the mountains to the west.
