From Colorado Springs, From Colorado Springs, take Highway 24, through Woodland Park, toDivide. Turn south on Highway 67 and drive 8 miles until you see a closed tunnel.Parking is available on the other side of the closed tunnel.
Location Information
Pancake Rocks Trail, #704A, is located on Highway 67 at Horsethief Park Trailhead. It is open to foot, mountain bike and horse traffic. Motorized vehicles are prohibited. This trail is a moderately difficult trail of 2.75 miles
and an elevation change of 1,400'. The trail will fork, with the right fork becoming Pancake Rocks trail #704A. This route culminates at an interesting rock outcropping known as "Pancake Rocks". From there you must return to the trailhead the way you came.
