Directions
From Leadville, Follow Highway 24 miles south of Leadville. Turn west on to road 300 and travel 2 3/4 miles to the trailhead.
Location Information
This is a half-day hike with fairly steep inclines in places. Elevation change is 1,050 feet. This trail connects with part of the Colorado Trail. It 's also possible to continue for 1 1/2 more miles to Swamp Lakes in the Mt. Massive Wilderness.
