Location Information
The snow melts and the trail dries early making this a good early season trail. The trail travels through sage, and pine and aspen forest. During the early summer you may see wildflowers such as columbine, lupine and mountain larkspur. Panoramic views of the Tenmile Range, Gore Range and Dillon Reservoir.

You have reached the end of the Forest Service maintained trail once you get to the second bench a social trail continues up toward Tenderfoot Mountain.

This trail is not recommended for horse use due to it's short length.
