Directions
From Payson, Travel north on Hwy. 87 through Pine and Strawberry to Rim Road (Forest Road 300) and turn right on to Forest Road 218a then turn right again on to Forest Road 218. Look for signs for the trailhead. another access point is From Hwy. 87, take Forest Road 64, 6 miles east to Forest Road 440 and travel north on Forest Road for 2 miles to the Geronimo Trailhead, where multiple trailheads begin.
Location Information
West Webber Trail #228 is a shady, little-used trail with many switchbacks and beautiful fall foliage. The trail takes off from Turkey Spring Trail (TR 217) .08 mile east of TR 240. It may also be reached 3.5 miles south of the FR 218/218a junction on FR 218. This trail leads to the main road in Milk Point Ranch, a part of the Coconino National Forest.
