Directions
From Graeagle, Travel south on Hwy. #89 for approximately 1.5 miles and turn right onto Primary Forest Route #24. Travel west for approximately 5.5 miles and follow signs to the campground. The trailhead is at the end of the road past the Campground. Trailhead T.21N., R.12E., NW 1/2 Section 8.
Location Information
The Silver Lake Trail (12E30) begins on the west side of the Bear Lake Loop and travels 0.2 miles to Silver Lake (elevation 6,300 feet.) The trail climbs 1.6 miles past Mud Lake trail junction and Hellgrammite Lakes to the PCT.
