Directions
From Santa Margarita, Travel Southeast on Pozo Road for about 10 miles to the Rinconada Trailhead. Begin hiking here the Little Falls Trail begins and enters the Wilderness in about a mile.
Location Information
GENERAL INFORMATION: A 2.6 mile, moderately difficult hike. It ascends 1350 feet from Lopez Creek, through a forested canyon to a chaparral-covered ridge. Views from the ridge line are spectacular, reaching to the Pacific. One mile from the canyon trailhead is the 50-foot high "Little Falls," best viewed in early spring.
