Directions
From Stonyford, Travel on M10 west for approximately 17 miles and turn right onto Forest Road #17N29. Travel approximately 2 miles to reach Summit Springs Trailhead. This is where the trail begins.
Location Information
East Peak Loop is a 7.5 mile easy loop that begins at an elevation of 5,200 feet. Beginning at the Summit Springs Trailhead, this loop is the most popular loop in the Snow Mountain area. Some of the best high country scenery can be viewed from this trail. The route passes through several vegetive types, high meadows and to the top of East Peak, Snow Mountains highest point. A register is available at the summit.
