From Granby, Go west on Highway 40 to Highway 34. Go north on 34 to either the Gilsonite, North Supply Creek, or Bowen Gulch Trailheads. See the individual trail descriptions for directions to those trails.
Location Information
The Wolverine Trail is located north of Granby in the Bowen Gulch Protection Area. It leads from the Gilsonite Trail, north to about Bowen Lake. It can be accessed from several points.Access #1: From the North Supply Trail to the Wolverine Trail Junction, 2 miles. Access #2: From the Gilsonite Trail to the Wolverine Trail Junction, 2,5 miles. Access #3: From the Wilderness boundary, south of Bowen Lake. The Wolverine Trail offers great views. Mountain Bikes are permitted, but remember, they are NOT permitted in the wilderness.
