From Heflin, Travel northeast on Hwy. #78 for 8.5 miles, turn left on Cleburne County Rd #61 and travel for 8.5 miles. Turn right on first paved road and follow signs to Coleman Lake.
Location Information
Coleman Lake Picnic Ground is located at the Coleman Lake Recreation Area, north of Heflin. Coleman Lake is a 21-acre lake offering fishing, boating (electric or manually powered boats only), and swimming. Camping and hiking are also available at the recreation area.

The picnic area offers 29 single family sites and one group shelter to accommodate up to 25 people. This area has picnic tables, grills and flush toilets.
