From Pacific, Take Highway 50 east. At Kyburz turn off the Highway onto the Silver Fork Road. Travel three miles to China Flat Campground on the Silver Fork of the American River.

Sitting at an elevation of 4,800 feet China Flat Picnic Ground can be located on the Silver Fork of the American River. In addition to offering picnicking facilities, the site provides close access for fishing, swimming and camping.On site facilities: 4 picnic units and vault toilets. The site is wheelchair accessible. There is a grocery store within five miles of the area.
