From Castaic, Take the Lake Hughes Road exit from Interstate 5. The lake is located about two miles northeast of Castaic.
Location Information
GENERAL INFORMATION: Castaic Lake is managed by the LA County Department of Parks and Recreation. Facilities are provided for fishing, swimming, picnicking, boating and boat rentals. There are no pubnlic campgrounds; however, two group camp sites are available by reservation only. The lake is located about 2 miles northeast of Castaic.
