Directions
From Ash Mountain Entrance, Travel north 6.5 miles on Highway 198 (Generals Highway) to the turnoff for Buckeye Flats Campground. Turn right across from Hospital Rock and follow the road a half mile to the campground.
Location Information
Buckeye Flats Campground lies in the Foothills area of Sequoia National Park along Generals Highway. It is open for the summer and early fall months closing on October 12. This site provides access to hiking, backpacking, horseback riding and fishing.

The campground lies at an elevation of 2,800 feet very close to the confluence of Paradise Creek and Middle Fork Kaweah River. There are 28 sites available for tent camping only. Each site accommodates up to six people and includes a picnic table, fire pit and grill and a few bear proof food containers. Campground amenities include drinking water and flush toilets.
