Due to the low elevation of the site, 2,100 fee, and mild climate, Potwisha is open year round. Hiking, exploring and access to other park attractions is easy from this centrally located site.

Potwisha Campground contains 42 individual camp sites. Each site can accommodate up to six people and includes a picnic table, fire pit with grill and two bear proof containers. Campground amenities include drinking water and flush restrooms. Nearby facilities include a dump station and ranger station.
