From Furnace Creek, Sunset Campground is located along Highway 190 in Furnace Creek.
Location Information
The Sunset Campground lies in the Furnace Creek of Death Valley National Park, near the visitor center and several other services. The elevation of the site is 190 feet below sea level. Extreme heat closes this facility from May through September.

Sunset Campground consists of 1,000 individual campsites. Each site includes a camp pad for tent, RV or trailer. Also available at this camping area is drinking water, flush toilets and a dump station. Fires are not permitted on site.
