From Furnace Creek, Follow Highway 190 westward 24 miles to Stovepipe Wells.
Location Information
Stovepipe Wells Campground lies north of Tucki Mountain and the Panamint Mountain Range along Highway 190. North of the campground are large sand dunes in Mesquite Flat. This site is also close to other lodging and dining services, as well as a gas station, ranger station and grocery store.

The campground consists of 200 campsites, which lie at sea level. Due to the extreme heat during the summer months the site is closed to camping from May to October. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and a dump station. Some of the individual sites include tables and fireplaces.
