From Furnace Creek, Furnace Creek Campground is located along Highway 190 in Furnace Creek.
Location Information
The Furnace Creek Campground lies in the southern part of Death Valley National Park, where services are most plentiful. The elevation of this campground is 196 feet below sea level, which makes is extremely hot during the summer months. The campground is open throughout the year as are the other services available in Furnace Creek. This is a park-maintained campground with 136 sites available. Each site consists of a picnic table, fireplace and camping area, that can accommodate up to eight people and two vehicles. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and a dump station.
