From Conway, NH, Travel south on SR 16 about 5 miles passing through the tiny burg of Albany.
Location Information
White Ledge Campground is located in the southern area of Saco Ranger District off SR 16 south of Conway. This is a great overnight spot for hikers and anglers. The campground sits on the edge of Mt. Chocorua Scenic Area which offers a network of trails leading to various peaks. Iona Lake and Whitton Pond are located east of SR 16 directly across from the campground via a gravel road which begins in Albany and travels south a wetland along the Chocorua River. White Ledge Trail is one of the more popular area hiking trails leading to the ridges of Round Top, elevation 1,490 feet.
