Directions
From Ventura, Travel north on Highway 33 for about 20 miles, the campground is located on the left (east) side of the highway. The highway is under restrictive use once it enters the forest.
Location Information
GENERAL INFORMATION: Wheeler Gorge Campground Concessionaire run, with a campground host on site at all times. Seventy family campsites including 6 double sites for larger groups, and five handicap-accessible sites. 15 new vault toilets and potable water. Many campsites are adjacent to the north fork of Matilija Creek. Adventure Passes sold here.
