From Gorman, Drive eight miles south on Interstate 5. Take the Smokey Bear Road exit. Travel about 10 miles to Hardluck Campground and the Buck Creek Trailhead. The sites are located about three miles up Buck Creek Trail.

GENERAL INFORMATION: This site is located about three miles from Hardluck Campground on the Buck Creek trail and eight miles from Alamo Mountain. This camp is a popular stop for many visitors traveling in the rugged back country. Spectacular views of the surrounding environment are awarded the hardy outdoors enthusiast.
