Location Information
Located 23 miles southwest of Callahan on the Callahan-Cecilville Rd, Shadow Creek Campground has shady camping units in a mixed conifer setting. Nearby trailheads include the Deacon Lee into the Russian Wilderness and the Carter Meadow area with trails into the Trinity Alps Wilderness. The campground has 5 family sites and no services except for trash removal. The area is normally open from May through October but may be accessible beyond these dates.
