From Likely, Go nine miles east on Co. Rd. #64. Then follow West Warner Road north for five miles. Finally go six miles east on Soup Loop Road.
Location Information
This campground is a very nice spot to go horseback riding alone or with someone. Soup Springs Campground is set in the Warner Mountains approximately 20 miles north-northeast of Likely. It sits just west of the South Warner Wilderness. Horse corrals and parking for horse trailers are located within the campground area for use by campers and trailhead users. Soup Springs is also a major trailhead to the South Warner Wilderness. The campground has six sites available on a first come, first serve basis. There are picnic tables and fire pits at each site. The campground also has vault toilets and drinking water available throughout the campground. The nearest food, gasoline, and restaurant are located in the town of Likely. The nearest 24 hour service is located in Alturas.
