Directions
From The junction of of Highway 139 and County Road 97 near Tionesta, On County Road 97, go approx. 18.5 miles to Forest Service Road 44N75 and turn right, then go 1 mile to Forest Service Road 44N38 and go 0.5 more miles. Turn right and follow signs to A.H. Hogue.
Location Information
Medicine Campground is located south of Lava Beds National Monument, on Medicine Lake, at an elevation of 6,700 feet. This campground is fairly accessible and has very good fishing in Medicine Lake throughout most of the year. There is boating on the lake with water skiing at specified times. A swimming beach is available, but no lifeguard is in attendance. Auto tours and trails allow you to explore the area.

The campground offers 22 RV/tent sites. There is a picnic tables and fire pit at each campsite. The campground has drinking water and vault toilets.

The nearest convenience store and gasoline is located in Tionesta. The nearest town with services is Tulelake. The nearest 24 hour service and hospital are located in the town of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
