From Adin, Cottonwood Flat is accessed by traveling about15 miles east of of the town on Highway 299, turn west right before the Canby Bridge on Co. Rd. #84, travel 8 miles to Cottonwood Flat campground.
Location Information
At 4,700 feet above sea level, this secluded campground is perfect to relax at. The Henski Reservoir is located nearby for wildlife viewing. This campground has ten sites with a picnic table and fire pit at each site. There is no potable water and the roads to the campground are in fair condition.

The nearest food, gasoline, and restaurant are located in the town of Canby, California. The nearest 24 hour service and hospital are located in the town of Alturas, California.

The campground is located on the Devil's Garden Ranger District and questions can be directed to 530-233.3991. The Modoc National Forest
