Directions
From Clarksville, Take Arkansas Hwy. 103 (paved) northwest for 8 miles; turn left (west) on Arkansas Hwy. 164 (paved) for 4 miles, then turn right on Forest Service Road 1408.
Location Information
This spectacular 98-acre mountain lake, located north, on the western side of the state, has a myriad of recreational opportunities available. With a 3 mile hiking loop, boating, a boat ramp (10 hp motor limit for boats), 8 picnic sites, fishing, a beach for the kids and an excellent swimming area. And the conveniences of a bathhouse and showers. (Open Apr.-mid Sept.)

The campground has room for 10 recreational vehicles or tents. Centrally located flush toilets, and drinking water is close at hand. There is a daily user's fee charged and no special facilities are available for camp trailers or RV's.

For the day use picnicker there are 12 family areas (one for the handicapped) with a handicapped toilet, bathhouse with cold showers and a playground and a swimming beach. There is no life guard on duty.
