From Georgetown, Travel 25 miles east on the Wentworth Springs Road.
Location Information
Sitting at an elevation of 4,400 feet, the Stumpy Meadows campground is located on the east shore of Stumpy Meadows Lake. In addition to offering camping facilities, the site provides close access to Stumpy Meadows Lake. Visitors would be able to participate in activities such as boating, fishing and hiking. However it should be noted that no aquaplaning is allowed on the lake.

On site facilities: 6 picnic units, vault toilets and drinking water. The site is wheelchair accessible. FACILITIES: There are 40 units (double units 15, 18). Fee. Piped water, vault toilets, picnic tables, boat ramp. No water skiing. Two accessible sites available. Sites 6-14, 16, 17, 23-27, 32-36 and double units 15 and 18 may be reserved for dates 05/22 through 09/28 by calling the National Forest Reservation Center.
