From Bishop, Travel northwest on US 395 for about 8 miles. Turn south onto a forest service highway following signs to the Owens Valley Conservation Camp. Continue for about 3 miles to Horton Creek.

Horton Creek offers 53 sites on private land with trailer spaces, restrooms, and drinking water. There is a fee for overnight use of this area.
