Directions
From Pasadena, Travel Interstate 210 north, exit the Angeles Crest Highway, then travel north 9 1/2 miles to the Switzer's Picnic Area and hike down the trail 3 miles. Or exit Windsor/Arroyo off in La Canada, go north to the intersection of Ventura Street. Hike in from gated fireroad 5 miles to Oakwilde.
Location Information
FACILITIES: There are seven campsites each with table, fire pits and vault toilets. The only water source is the stream water (treat before using), Caution: be alert for high water in the rainy season.
