Directions
From South Fork, Follow forest road 81 north for 30 miles until you reach forest road 4S60. This will take you to directly to the campground.
Location Information
The most northeastern of all the campgrounds in the forest, Granite Creek serves as the trailhead for many trails going into the Ansel Adams Wilderness Area. At an elevation of 7000 feet, this campground offers 20 campgrounds. There is no potable water available at this campsite, but there are vault toilets. This campsite does not require any fees for usage. There are excellent opportunities for hiking and fishing in the area.
