From Bailey, Meridian Campground is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Bailey on Park County Road 43. Drive approximately 1 mile north of Bailey on Highway 285 to the intersection with County Road 43. Drive nine miles to County Road 47. Turn right on County Road 47 where it intersects with Forest Road 100. Follow 47 to the campground.
Location Information
Meridian Campground is located approximately ten miles northwest of Bailey on Park County Road 43. This campground consists of 18 individual family campsites. The campsites each include a table, fire ring, and parking spur. Campground facilities include drinking water, garbage collection and vault toilets. There are dispersed camping sites nearby. The nearest public telephone, fire and emergency services are located in the town of Harris Park.Recreation opportunities from this site include access to the Mount Evans Wilderness via the Meridian trail. Other activities include fishing in streams and alpine lakes, hiking, biking, horseback riding and four wheel driving.
