From Yampa, Travel S/SW on RD 7 for approximately 7 miles to FDR 900. Proceed on FDR 900 for approximately 10 miles to Cold Springs Campground on the right side of the road.
Location Information
Cold Springs Campground is a small campground in the Bear River area. It is located 17 miles southwest of Yampa on Forest Development Road 900, near Stillwater Reservoir. A campground fee is charged and reservations are not available.Facilities: The campground has 5 sites and a maximum spur length of 22 ft. It has drinking water, trash collection, a restroom, picnic tables, and fire grates.
