From Yampa, 13 miles total: Travel W/NW on County Rd 17 approximately 5 miles to County Road 132/Forest Road 16. Turn left and go about 7 miles to FDR 940. Go south on FDR 940 1 mile to Chapman Reservoir Campground.
Location Information
Chapman Reservoir Campground is in the Dunckley Pass area, 13 miles northwest of Yampa. It is located 1 mile off the Flat Tops Trail Scenic and Historic Byway, on FDR 940. The campground sits adjacent to Chapman Reservoir.

Facilities:

Services are limited at this campground. Drinking water is NOT available. It does have trash collection, a restroom, and fire grates. The campground has 12 sites and a maximum spur length of 35 ft.
