Directions
From Oakhurst, Follow highway 41 north until you reach Ranch Road which is forest road 10. You will follow this until it comes to a T at forest road 7. Take this road south for about a mile until you get to forest road 6S06 until Camp Road forks to the left. Follow Camp Road for two mile until you reach Whiskers Campground.
Location Information
This remote campground, situated at 5300 feet, is a fairly remote campground in the Minarets Ranger District. It is located seven mile, as the crow flies, north-northeast of Bass Lake in the neighboring Mariposa Ranger District. There are eight sites at this campground. There is a vault toilet, but no potable water available. Camping fees are required at this campground. There is plenty of fishing and hiking in the surrounding are to keep entertained.
