Boulder Flat Campground is in a forested area along the Middle Fork of the Stanislaus River within the Brightman Recreation Area at 5,600 feet. Fishing on the Middle Fork of the Stanislaus River available nearby.

It has twenty campsites, tables, stoves, vault toilet and drinking water.
