Directions
From ALMONT, Drive north on Highway 135 from Almont to Taylor Canyon Road (Forest Road 742). Turn right on to Taylor Canyon Road and travel 7.25 miles to Spring Creek Road (Forest Road 744). Turn left on to Spring Creek Road and travel approximately 2 miles to Spring Creek Campground.
Location Information
Campers at Spring Creek Campground will enjoy all the beauty the Gunnison basin has to offer. Anglers have access to the gold medal waters of the Taylor River. Hikers will enjoy access to the natural area of the Fossil Ridge Wilderness.
