From Walden, Head east on HWY 14 for 22 miles to Gould. Take County Road 21 (Forest Road 740) for 1 mile to the campground. Follow the signs.
Location Information
Aspen Campground is located 22 miles southeast of Walden, adjacent to the South Fork of the Michigan River, a scenic mountain stream, at an elevation of 9,200 feet. Fishing is available in the river. Moose are commonly seen near this campground.Facilities: Aspen campground has 7 sites. The campground has toilets, drinking water and trash service.
